Terrible service

Simple item ordered, said item was in stock but wasn't took 3 attempts over 4 days still got it wrong! I let my customer down so asked for a refund, arrogant staff terrible service!

Kitchen review

The Store Manager Jon, at the North Lincoln branch, designed our kitchen and dining room space. From the initial consultation, Jon really listened to what we needed as a family within the space we had and understood the budget requirements. We could not be happier with the end result and the experience we have had with dealing with the North Lincoln Howdens branch. Any problems were swiftly resolved, designs amended and the end result is an absolute dream - better than anything we could have thought of ourselves. Jon has completely transformed the space we had and made it perfect for our family needs. I would thoroughly recommend Howdens North Lincoln branch and give them 5 stars.
