Terrible service

Terrible service Ordered £800 of timber products. Was told not in stock , would arrive roughly 2 weeks. 2 weeks later was then told it would be £80 for delivery. I then received 3 calls in 10.minutes explaining how it couldn't be delivered until I paid for the timber ( which was paid full on order). Decided to attend the store and was then told couldn't deliver until delivery charge was paid ( now 96 quid, + vat). Now delivered by a third party BUT, now have a note saying please pay outstanding delivery charge ( WHICH HAS BEEN PAID, + VAT , and receipt kept)... Ridiculous service

Loved the service

Loved the service. A simple purchase. They had the stock we wanted. We were helped to load it. The staff were friendly and helpful although we caused them some problems. well Done all.
