Great service by staff but not enough…

Great service by staff but not enough staff always have to wait sometimes up to 20min. Time is money. Possibly extending the counter may help.

One man on the counter trying his best to his customer happy,sore me waiting asked for help no reply poor guy. 20 minutes later he sorted me out couldn't apologize enough. Moral to story is don't take your staff for granted,help them out.
