Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. My mum who was dying of pancreatic cancer was treated horrifically by cocky sales advisors in the depot. When I contacted customer service to complain I got told they wouldn’t treat someone either cancer any differently! The wood of the kitchen units is flimsy and chipped. Definitely avoid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited the Rochdale Howdens branch and was looked after by Adam, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure which flooring I wanted at first, but Adam took the time to talk me through the options and show me a few samples. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up with the perfect choice and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Excellent experience from start to finish – keep up the great work!

Like most kitchen companies can’t do enough for you until they have your order and money , had a few issues with kitchen and wasn’t the most helpful in resolving but I guess you get what you pay for - still better than Wren!
