Ollie & Paul have been fantastic throughout! Paul came out to measure up and design the kitchen - from which there was not a single change, Ollie then organised delivery (quickly) and was on hand to answer all questions. Whole process has been great, could not recommend Howdens - Paddock Wood more.

Kitchen refit

Exceptional service from Harrison and the team, the guidance and support were excellent when I had my kitchen renovated. No query was too small or silly to sort. The standard of products are great from the kitchen units to the appliances that Howdens supply. I also had the new LVT supplied and the process of choosing the correct one was made so easy because of Harrison’s customer service. Highly recommend using Howdens Paddock Wood.

New internal door purchase

The wife and I went to our local depot to order some new doors and the staff were very helpful and they advised on the best handles and furniture for the doors. There was absolutely no pressure and we would thoroughly recommend Howdens as a company to use for advice and help in purchasing kitchens and other equipment for the home

kitchen upgrade…

Discussion on units required very helpful. Delivery was exactly as agreed.All staff very helpful. My only criticism is the way invoices are shown with only net prices including any special offers and not split showing gross price,then disc, then any special offer discounts separately.This however is a head office issue and not the fault of any depot.

I visited the Paddock Wood branch to select a kitchen to be fitted in Cornwall. Paul Stace was very professional and extremely helpful and made the whole experience seamless. I would recommend anyone to go to this branch all the team are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Even during my second visit the service was once again exceptional. Paul and his team are a real asset to Howdens.

Ollie, Harry, Nikki and the team are excellent!! Always ready to go out of their way to help, keep you informed and up to date with what they are doing. Showroom is clean and tidy and no issues taking clients there. Can't fault what these guys are doing!!
