Thank-You Howdens of Peacehaven

John, the Store Manager at Howdens in Peacehaven, has been incredibly organised and helped me design a kitchen for our new utility room. The building work here has been quite stressful, and I made several changes along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble — John was always so helpful and accommodating with my ideas, and he adapted everything perfectly. All the staff I spoke to were also extremely helpful and professional whenever I called to discuss anything that was bothering me. Our worktop was fitted today, and I cannot thank everyone involved enough for the most perfect design and fitting.

The pricing could be a lot more transparent ! Always feel like you never get the most competitive price first and have to haggle!! Still not quite sure if any savings were made in your sale ? Other than that fairly satisfied

John and his team went above and beyond to help me sort a kitchen out for my customer, they went round to the job and expertly measured and let the customer know what was being ordered , very happy with this branch and wouldn’t hesitate in using them for any of my next projects

Howdens Peacehaven branch

Peacehaven branch of Howdens have been amazing, from ordering my kitchen, to my builder finally fitting it. The aftercare service from Tim and John have been above and beyond helpful. The initial design process was friendly and helpful the delivery was prompt and any issues I found were resolved strait away. I would definitely use them again and recommend this branch to anybody wanting to buy a new kitchen.

Manager at Peacehaven was very helpful and gave me the best price available. As for another branch that I won’t name I feel I was overcharged for what I had but had no choice as the job needed to be finished and I wouldn’t of got to my Peacehaven branch before close
