Worst experience of buying a kitchen

I only put one star as trust pilot doesn't give me the option to put none !!! Problems from start to finish. Firstly the branch we went to charged 30% more for our kitchen than we should have been charged. We have since priced our kitchen in two other branches. Oven didn't work and I had to fight to have it replaced. Microwave oven seal was broken again I had to argue to have it replaced. Hob defective, once they sent an engineer out they replaced this. I now have an issue with an end panel coming apart. They are happy to replace it but me to pay for another fitter to fit it. Never ever again will I purchase from this company !!
