price query.

I had ordered a door handle to check its suitability before ordering all requirements for all doors. When I went back to local branch to order the remainder a week or so later the price was significantly higher. When I queried this and showed the original order price the staff member was quite dismissive, uninterested in my query and certainly not helpful in looking into why.
