Pleased with Wardrobe’s

Got wardrobes through Russell who was very good to order through also knowledgeable on what I was trying to do and wanted. Couple of bits where not in my order but was sorted out straight away. The only thing I didn’t like was the instructions which I didn’t think where very clear and also had to print off pages when I was given a booklet from Russell when I said things weren’t clear.

A big thank you to Howdens Marsh Mills branch. We were undertaking a refit of a house from which we live 2 1/2 hours away. Everyone was super helpful and polite (even when I was stressed on the phone) and nothing was too much trouble. The new kitchen for one of our rentals looks great and I was pleased with the price. Much appreciated everyone!!

your bloody accounts department closed…

your bloody accounts department closed our account and despite me being a trade account for over 30 years, you wanted endless details plus us to go into a branch to open a new account. Only a bad tempered exchange persuaded you to let us buy this cupboard, usual attempt to rip us off before conceding we were entitled to a much lower trade price. Always the same it was only because the kitchen needed a matching Howdens unit that I was forced to purchase the thing from you. No company can thrive if run by the accounts department and your ridiculous pricing system. I spent over a 100K with other auppliers last year to avoid dealing with you
