Going that extra mile

I’ve been to many Howdens depot’s, even worked at one… but I have to say the service and attention I had at Howdens Queensferry has been 2nd to none! It’s a friendly atmosphere and the store manager, Rebecca, was so helpful. I would highly recommend this depot to all! Many thanks again

Howdens Queensferry is outstanding!

Urgent Kitchen. Two kitchen plans designed and drafted with costings, by Bethan, within two hours of the measure, which was facilitated within 18 hours. The client choosing the one that best suited them. Delivered within 7 days to suit our installation team. We even chose, in error, the incorrect worktop which was replaced within 24 hours. Outstanding service, as it always is, by the team at Howdens Queensferry. It’s our default kitchen supplier. The nearest comparable quotes were 10-15% more as detailed by our client.

We have recently had our oak stair case done with products from Howdens. & oak doors throughout the house, Natalie from Queensferry Howdens was very helpful. All of the work fitted by Lee Blundell aka Spartan interiors who couldn’t have done a better job. Highly recommended

We have just had our new kitchen from Howdens in Sandycroft. Tom Wynne was our contact there. From the minute we arrived he was very helpful, he made sure that we were happy with every decision along the way. I don’t think our kitchen journey would have been easy without his help he was very patient even after I changed my mind about the colour. The kitchen itself looks amazing and the quality is excellent can not fault anything. Thank you

Howdens Queensferry is our default destination for kitchens.

Our client is absolutely delighted with her experience at Howdens, Queensferry. So much so that this is her second kitchen in 18 months. From site measure, design and delivery the whole process is seamless and driven by a superb Manager, Rebecca, who delights in customer satisfaction. Though all the staff are superb special mention to Tom, the kitchen designer, whose eye for design, detail and ergonomics is to be applauded. The quality of the furniture and appliances is outstanding. More importantly if there are issues, as can occur with any electrical equipment, they are resolved almost immediately. The stock availability ensures furniture is readily available ensuring continuity during installation. Highly recommended.
