Not great customer service when dealing with kitchen design at Howdens Radcliffe. Still waiting for a response from an email over a week ago! Not very forthcoming with designs. Ended up cancelling my order.

Excellent customer service ..

Ordered 5 doors and hardware via the app (bit of a pain with iffy signal 😂) however all good. From here received a phone call from the lovely lady at Howdens all within the hour ready to collect.. on arrival everything was ready to collect in minutes. Superb service and goods 100% all round
