Howdens are always a pleasure to deal with. Their products are well made and good value for money. All the staff are polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. I have recently bought an oak external door that required sealing. The only annoying thing I found was that on the door there were 4 product code labels, one on each edge. I know why they are there but it took nearly half an hour to remove them as they were printed on flimsy paper that disintegrated when trying to peel them off. Perhaps better paper or different glue might save a lot of builders time. There are plenty of labels about that adhere well but can be peeled off in one go.
