⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Quality – Howdens Reading South is a Hidden Gem! Honestly, I never expected to buy from Howdens — I always assumed top quality meant overpriced. But as we couldn't find what we were exactly looking for in Wickes and Wren, I gave Howdens Reading South a try, and I’m so glad I did! From the start, Designer Steve was incredible — he came personally for measurements and already had design and ideas ready at our first meeting. Real professional! The quote was initially high, but Manager Ben was amazing — he matched competitive prices without compromising on quality or service based on Howdens We Beat Like for Like Quote. What truly impressed me was his after-sales support — quick, helpful, and completely stress-free. This branch is a perfect example of what customer service should be. Good door furniture, some deceptive pricing …

Good quality door furniture but over-priced hinges - the hinges are priced separately but only available in pairs which is somewhat deceptive. Very helpful staff in Reading.

Amazing from start to finish

Amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail and the care that goes into the design process right up to the fitting is amazing. Patient with the design appointment and go into meticulous detail with every element you need to consider. Would recommend Howdens to everyone!

A big thank you to all the team at Reading South for making the process of renovating my kitchen so painfree. The staff at this depot were always willing to help and advise starting from the initial planning visit right through to the completion. All deadlines were met and updates provided as and when necessary. Would recommend without hesitation.
