A big thank you to Helena at Redhill

A big thank you to Helena at the Redhill Branch. I had a new Howdens Kitchen installed by a builder with a Howden's account and after 18 months the taps had started to leak. I popped into my nearest Howdens Branch, although the Kitchen had been purchased elsewhere and Helena organised replacement washer valves for me at no extra cost. This was a pleasant surprise and a fantastic piece of customer service.
