Totally dissatisfied account holder

I have been using Howdens now for possibly 20 years… I have always found them competitively priced & customer service have been great… On this occasion my customer ordered the kitchen…. What can I say not only was the design poorly executed, no less than 24 items damaged/broken… shocking to say the least. I can’t fault Howdens for sorting all the issues out for the customer, perfect however it shouldn’t have happened, I have personally spent an entire week trying to sort the issues & rectify & adapt certain items to make do for the customer…. The quality doesn’t seem to be there anymore… while resolving the problems for the customer, in which is the first priority, who pays for my extra time & fuel & just general running around… Yes know one does I have to absorb the time & costs….. if I am totally honest I’m considering closing my account with Howdens & taking my business else where….
