Awesome service

Great staff extremely helpful. Even called back because I was unsure about something. The friendly staff explained everything and said feel free to call back as many times as I needed. I do prefer buying from howdens it’s hassle free you get what you see on the tin always helpful and try and save you money.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience using Howdens in Rochdale and I’m delighted with my new kitchen. Special thanks go to Derek the designer who went above and beyond to help me, and Adam on the desk who was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Howdens Rochdale to others looking for a new kitchen, and I would suggest they ask for Derek.

Delivery of goods a problem

Delivery of goods a problem, full kitchen with oven and hob etc. Bought the goods now I have to unload them with van driver. Get it sorted delivery is down to you two men needed.

Decided to go to Howdens in Rochdale…

Decided to go to Howdens in Rochdale after looking through catalogue and saw the Matt Grey kitchen I wanted . Derek came out to discuss and measure and then arranged for me to go in to pick everything that I would need and went through various designs with me . Dereks experience and knowledge was excellent , and this made the process very enjoyable. The kitchen in now all fitted and I am beyond happy with the service I received.

What can I say I’ve been dealing with…

What can I say I’ve been dealing with Adam at Howdens now for over a year and this guy is an absolute diamond! So helpful over the phone or when I go in to actually see him, just wanted to mention this as you just can’t fault the customer service Rochdale Howdens do for you!
