Supposed to be top of the range but it’s rubbish - Go to Magnets

I bought the solid wood kitchen which is the most expensive. Absolute rubbish, the paint chips off, many of the doors, panels were damaged straight & of the box & I was charged for replacements whilst they sent photos off to be investigate. Wrong parts were planned for my ovens I was charged £220 for the correct parts, no refund for wrong parts. When I complained about small chips I was told there was a pen available to mask them, my wife picked one up from my local depot which they charged me £21 for. My daughter was going to buy the same kitchen but after our experience went to Magnets & purchased a comparable kitchen for over £8k less. My advice go to Magnets.

Rochester branch great service

The service we get from the Rochester store is amazing. Always get an efficient service and the people are wonderful to deal with. Prices are very competitive. The Manager contacts me regularly to inform me of any deals or specials coming up, this makes Howdens our preferred choice.
