Has kitchen designer Nick Dodd come and…

Has kitchen designer Nick Dodd come and design and measure my kitchen to compare with a Wren quote. Was way over priced. When questioned he some cheaper products but did the same job were replaced. When my fitter hot the plans on day of installation the kitchen was totally wrong and would not have fitted so he cancelled my kitchen and went to his regular Howdens supplier who resolved supplied and delivered without issues the same day. Rochester branch were not interested in rectifing until my fitter was forced to take this drastic action.

The branch were not receptive to items they over charged,promised to price match with competitors ,but didn’t buried their heads in the sand hoping I would go away, I don’t , they have lost out on further work
