The romsey branch feels very…

The romsey branch feels very unwelcoming, not many happy faces there! You feel like you’ve walked in to someone’s property uninvited! The kitchens don’t feel too great quality, the carcasses are not square so levelling them up is a pain! It feels like they have no passion working there!

Great service and would like to thank Sam on the trade counter. What an asset to your Romsey depot he is, friendly and accommodating and really helped me out of a tight spot. My order arrived as the lead time I was quoted and the doors fitted with no issues. First class all round - thankyou!

Wonderful Service for kitchen design

I was super nervous of approaching getting a new kitchen but Romsey Howdens was lovely. Put me at ease, really understanding. Really listened to my needs and made a great design. I would absolutely recommend the design service. Big shout to to Pat who had amazing customer service and proactive in a positive and non pressure way. You were fab!

It is very unfortunate I have ordered…

It is very unfortunate I have ordered and taken delivery of two composite doors, thinking as per the advertisement and literature they came with all the parts. Obviously a door sill should be included, but it was not supplied. Howdens Romsey ordered the parts but when they came they turned out to be side filler pieces and not door sills. So poor performance and back to the drawing board on Monday morning.
