Mostly ok

Mostly ok, however, we needed to have items delivered, the delivery charge for a 2 mile drop off is expensive, £60. We were promised a call for a delivery date, it never came, I sent 2 emails- not replied to, I ended up phoning them 6 days after calling in branch. Not a good experience, rather disappointed.

Great staff poor products

Great staff, quick to acquire stock when required. Unfortunately constant issues with all FD30 fire doors with poor ply faces, along with recent issues with lippings. We've also had one recent kitchen door with loose laminate, not even bonded. Come on Howdens you're letting down long term customers and loyal Great staff with sub standard products at inflated prices.

Rotherham Depot.

Rotherham Depot. Had a problem with my integrated Fridge/Freezer supplied by Howdens with my full new kitchen and phoned them and they suggested what the problem was (overfilling the freezer made it completely over) I had pulled the fronts of the drawers off and broke them - they ordered a new set for me and when I collected them they said no charge - can't praise them highly enough - fantastic customer service and would recommend them to anyone !!
