Really helpful team, always happy to help find exactly what I need with an excellent knowledge of all the available items. And the branch always has a good stock of the little things, in my case a dozen cupboard handles in stock and available to walk out the door with.

Purchased my fourth kitchen.

Purchased my fourth kitchen from Howdens recently. Really pleased with the whole experience. Mark was excellent at designing it for us and even suggested ideas to make it even better. The customer service from the whole team at the Rowley Regis branch was second to none. So happy I even bought my flooring from them as well. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great experience at Howdens Rowley Regis

Howdens - Rowley Regis was recommended to me and I’m really pleased it was. A big thanks to Mark who was thoughtful, practical, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. He helped design my own kitchen and oversaw replacing the door and drawer fronts for my parents’ kitchen too. His attention to detail was hugely impressive and very much appreciated. He caught things I wouldn’t have thought of, which will make all the difference to the overall look. His budget advice was also very helpful, ensuring we invested in things that mattered and cut back on things that were less significant. The whole team at Rowley Regis has been friendly and welcoming throughout. I’d happily recommend them.

Howdens kitchen designer

The designer who came out to us (Mark), was extremely helpful and while measuring up answered our questions really well and also gave us very useful advice while he was there. This was in contrast to other companies who sent staff out to measure up only and didn't give any advice when asked. They said we need to speak to the designer when we go in store for the design appointment. I feel it is important for the designer to physically see the space he is going to design for. Mark then came out a second time to re-check a measurement he wasn't sure about before he put our order in. He wasn't pushy and was happy with us choosing items from Howdens combined with another company. His customer service was 100% and no less. All the other staff we spoke to at the store were also very polite and helpful.
