Kitchen came with a damaged cupboard…

Kitchen came with a damaged cupboard spoke to the manager at Salford his answer was tuff init . Terrible attitude if he's the manager no hope for the rest of them .stay well clear . Paid for 2 months storage then after 3 weeks got told it needs to be delivered no refund . One cupboard came to big for where it was being fitted stay well away from Salford branch once you have paid they don't want to know

Aaron was very good

I dealt with Aaron who helped sort out some new kitchen cupboards and tops. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was spot on, he kept me well informed all the way through the process, the price was good as the quailty of howdens is good, delivery was a time and date that suited me. Excellent customer service from him, he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is okay
