We’ve just renovated our bungalow and bought a kitchen, flooring and internal doors from Howdens on Queensway estate Scunthorpe. Olivia came out and we had a free kitchen design which was great. Very happy with Howdens products and if we needed to exchange or refund any items there was no problem. Professional service especially from Olivia who was more than helpful and happy to discuss different options. Would recommend Howdens in Scunthorpe. Ruth and Mick

Full Kitchen fit

Used Howdens at Scunthorpe for a full kitchen fit. From the design team who also visited our home to confirm design before materials order to delivery staff and storage which was also done for us was seamless and well done. We also had a top fitter who interacted with the Howdens team during the fit and all re-orders were delivered on the day with no holdups. Will recommend this team on our experience to all readers of this review.

Went into a different branch (Grimsby)…

Went into a different branch (Grimsby) instead of Scunthorpe, wasn't a problem got what I needed and was sorted in no time, great service as usual and won't hesitate to use different branches in the future

The quality of service is excellent

The quality of service is excellent, especially from Sam who could not be more helpful and patient: I am pleased that I have signed up for an account. I do, however, have one quibble: when trying to register my account online, the portal would not let me enter a password - even though it was in the correct format; I cannot, therefore, not use my account online.

Great experience with Howden’s. Olivia was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She designed our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with it. She was realistic and kept within our budget. Would definitely recommend.

Glittery black worktops, buyer beware

Had some glittery black worktops fitted less than a year ago and they're really not standing the test of time. Easily scratched and chipped, really disappointed, we work hard for our money and just feel like we've wasted it, never again with Howdens.
