Where do I begin

Where do I begin. We are renovating a place In Filey but live in Leeds. We were given a discount voucher book. Apparently it can't be used in Scarborough. We bought over limit to get a freebie b4 we were given voucher book. Couldn't off set it. Bought stuff on buy one get one free Basic maths says I need ten. Buy 7 get 3 free. No. Buy 8 get 2 free. Complained got a credit. Next cashed in a voucher for £1 masking tape. Invoice now says £2.75 +vat. Bought the most expensive Luxury Vynil flooring they sell. Jointing strips are now discontinued. Totally get why. They are use less. You do get free pies on a Monday tho. Would prefer to know what the actually price is tho. Its not in the brochure. I'm a one man band. My friend spends £100sk a year with them and he's 50%+ discount. Makes me wonder why I don't use his account. My experience so far is awful.

Exceptional customer service

I had ordered the wrong flooring for my kitchen from an online retailer and was in a real panic as I needed a replacement that day. Keith at the Seacroft store in Leeds was brilliant in helping me to find a close match, and being patient with my constant questions. I'd thoroughly recommend Howdens.
