Excellent customer service

The staff in this branch are exceptional particularly Conor and Maggie, they've always taken care of me and the staff from Oliver Stern. Very friendly and helpful and always treat us with respect. I've been visiting this branch for a few years now and it's well organised and sometimes if you're lucky you can arrange swift deliveries. Great team, major difference from other local branches, definitely worth visiting if you want to order kitchens. By the way, Howdens kitchen quality are amazing.

When visiting the Shadwell office we were extremely impressed with the friendly and helpful assistance we received by both Maggie in the office and Shuyab who not only brought out a couple of doors for us to look at he also very kindly offered to take the 2 doors round the corner for us. Really can’t express enough how impressed we were with the service given. Over and above the service standard normally received from other suppliers. Discounts and delivery

First, The extra discount was not applied for taking delivery before 28th October. Second, The driver arrived at 7-45pm and said where were the builders to get the kitchen in? Builders finish at 4pm. He then left it kerbside for the lady of the house to get in with her young daughter. This needs to be looked into
