If You're Visiting Howdens Shadwell, Ask for Ish!

I had an outstanding experience with Howdens Shadwell, and I can't thank Ish enough for all of his help. From the very beginning, Ish was incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and never once made me feel rushed, despite me changing my mind several times throughout the design process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer my questions and offer expert advice. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Ish is an excellent communicator who genuinely cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. His attention to detail, knowledge, and ability to bring my ideas to life gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, my dream kitchen has become a reality, and he also helped me design a beautiful bathroom that perfectly matched my vision. In a time when truly exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Ish has completely restored my faith. He consistently went above and beyond, making me feel valued and supported every step of the way. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude are second to none. Howdens should be incredibly proud to have someone like Ish representing their business. Employees like him are rare, and he is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons I would return to Howdens and recommend the Shadwell branch to family and friends. He is an absolute credit to the company, and Howdens are very lucky to have him on their team. I am writing as a trade

I am writing as a trade. Unfortunately, this is the second time that it is taking a really long time for Howdens to come back with a quote. I sent over a fully drawn up kitchen and asked for an estimate in return based on the cabinets in the drawings. And nothing! The time before when I had the Howdens visit to design a kitchen and price it up it again took weeks for them to come back with an estimate and even so it was missing the worktop that I was told they would send over the next day but never sent it at all. Not worth the stress for me. Howdens is not really much cheaper than Wren, if at all, but the hassle and chasing with Howdens is too much to manage.

Not pushy or pressurising, just utmost professionalism and care!

I recently called in with my Husband re: a kitchen fitting for our dream home. What I thought would be a really daunting and stressful process was made comfortable, smooth and seamless by K. He wasn't pushy or pressurising, instead he listened to our vision and concerns with utmost professionalism and care and detailed all the options available to us.
