Great experience- Howdens Shirebrook

Visited Howden's Shirebrook mid February to have a look around. The staff were very friendly offering us tea or coffee then left us to browse. They were on hand to answer any questions etc. We left with brochures. We returned a couple of weeks later having narrowed down our choices to two. We asked what the procedure was and Aleisha advised that she would come out to measure and design. She arrived spot on time, taking all measurements etc and asking what our wish list was. Within a few days we had plans showing the 2 choices of kitchens. We were very impressed with the designs but decided the layout would not work for us. We made a further visit to see Aleisha to discuss changes to the layout and again she was very patient and helpful giving her advice. She took everything on board and said she would provide a further plan. She contacted us to advise she had done a plan as per our design and a further plan as it made better use of the space. We visited to see the plans in person and decided on the last one that Aleisha had done as it did make better use of the space. Upon receiving the quote we went to finalise handles/appliances/sink/taps/flooring etc. We were undecided on a sink so Aleisha suggested getting one in for us to look at to see if we liked it....if we didn't, we were under no obligation to have it. We have been in today and the sink is excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble for Aleisha and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good communication/correspondence too. Cannot wait to get our new kitchen fitted now. 😊😊 Thank you so much.
