I would like to complement an employee at Shoreham Howdens, who just saved me from buying a new cooker! Leanne, a young receptionist , answered my call, was polite, helpful and efficient. She stayed on the phone whilst I followed her instructions and resolved the concerns I had! A wonderful customer experience. Please pass on my thanks to this young woman

If you want a kitchen, Gemma at Howden's Shoreham is phenomenal

Without a shadow of a doubt, Howdens Shoreham and especially Gemma made the whole process of designing and completing our kitchen the smoothest it could possibly be. It was a large project and took months, but Gemma's patience and understanding made the wait worthwhile. In fact, credit to the whole team at Howdens who were never pushy, but helped with the decision making process and that is what won them the business over many other kitchen suppliers !

Exceptional customer service

Hunting a previous flooring bought from Howdens years ago. Served by Maggie. She quickly established the old flooring was discontinued, and suggested a close match. I couldn't see the difference. A company and employee that really know their business.
