I bought a kitchen that had to be delayed and ran in to various situations along the way. I dealt with one of the Managers Paul and his team throughout and they were amazing. Professional, courteous and consistent at all times. I’ve had Howdens kitchens before and highly recommend them.

Discounts!

I've used Howdens for a number of years, always found the service good never had any issue's with my depot! But tell me, why is it that I had this rep Maggy show up on site from the Shoreham site telling me she can give me better discount? Shouldn't I already be getting good discount? Why can one depot give me more then another? If I move my account to her she will 'look after me'! I've been Loyal to Howdens recommend my customers because your products are good quality and easy to install, your prices have gone up, which I understand but why can one depot give me more discount then another? Why am I not being given it in the first place? I will be using Benchmarx from now on at least I know my prices and they are consistent no matter where I go.

Avoid Howdens worktops

Bought a kitchen through Howdens. The company they used for the worktops was terrible. The quartz didn't fit and the customer service I received was terrible. Only after weeks of hassling with emails and phone calls, could I eventually get through to someone who seemed to care. No compensation or apology given. Will buy future worktops from another company. Recommended others do the same.
