10/10 for nick in Shrewsbury!

I can not speak morehoghly about the sevoce we received from nick at the Shrewsbury branch of howdens on our recent kitchen and utikity room purchase. We live in germany but have really struggled to find kitchens here woth a good design of good quality to price ratio so I decided to cobsider ordering from howdens abd shipping to germany. It has been like a breath of fresh air dealing with nick. He was sooooooo helpful- went above and beyond to provide the design, make requested changes, get feedback from accounts team about exports etc etc. He was always friendly abd always replied promptly to emails. He provided my dad with a small sample colour to post over to me (shame german post isn't as good as howdens though lol!) and really was wonderful to work with. I cant wait for the 2 kitchens to be delivered in afew months (howdens helped sort storage too until we are ready for delivery). 10/10!

Excellent and helpful service.

My daughter who lives in germany wanted to order a kitchen. She contacted Howdens Shrewsbury (where I live) and was blown away by how helpful they were. There were many emails going back/forth to clarify her needs and samples provided. A great service ... she now just needs to get TWO kitchen setups transported to Germany!

We received a great new kitchen design from Chloe and lots of advice and support to finalise the design to be exactly what we wanted. Extremely pleased with the end result and glad we chose Howdens.

Everyone needs Howdens

We are so lucky we have found Howdens and have been able to use them. Our purchase is relatively small I think compared to the majority of kitchen purchases. However, consistently we were made to feel our purchase was as valuable as any other. The service and advice we received was, it is probably not the right word but it is the word that keeps coming to mind - immense. The gentleman who served us, Andy, if ever he leaves Howdens on his CV without doubt should read; patient, diplomatic, tactful, knowledgeable. In trying to make our decision we visited Howdens alot! yet we were never made to feel as though we were 'pains' for not being able to decide. Andy listened, offered advice when asked for, offered alternatives and suggestions to support with being more informed but at the same time, did not force the advice or suggestions on us. Basically nothing was too much trouble. We just feel it is an organisation to trust.
