First rate service, help and advice from the staff at the Howdens sittingbourne branch. So happy with my Matt charcoal handless kitchen. A top rate product. People should not underestimate these kitchens. Nothing was ever to much for the staff from the designer to the delivery person.totally recommend this store.

Sittingbourne branch is a fantastic local depot. Nathan the designer was absolutely a joy to work with. He kept us informed and the process to buy a kitchen was made so simple and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the products and we couldn’t have been happier! Dave was behind the counter and he was extremely friendly too. I would highly recommend Howdens to anyone in the trade.

Sittingbourne Customer services. 5 star.

I would like to commend Ryan who served me at Sittingbourne Howdens in Kent this week. I came in with scant account information and very vague dates. While I was trying to call my kitchen fitter he went behind the scenes and located all the details, handed me paperwork all printed off and had ordered my spare parts which will be ready for collection next week. I was so shocked to get such efficient customer service. He really did go above and beyond. It made my day.

Replacement Kitchen doors

I needed to get replacement kitchen doors quite urgently. Dave was brilliant, and very patient. He went through everything with me, I took most of the stock with me that day. The rest came in later that day, ready for collection first thing the next morning. I am very pleased with the doors etc, and the service was excellent from all the staff. Many Thanks Nigel
