We would definitely recommend Stephen Fleming at Solihull Howdens. He was professional and very helpful with ideas for our new kitchen. It turned out fantastic and there is nothing I would change about it. Quality and structure of the kitchen and appliances are perfect. We are going to enjoy this Kitchen for many years.

Friendly and Careful Service.

To celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary in 2026, we decided to take a cruise. We've had several but they started to get very expensive. We booked as usual and then needed to get insurance cover. I tried numerous comparison sites and was amazed at the cost. (Some over £1,500). The reason was that one port of call was Tangier, Morocco so the insurance had to be worldwide. We had not tried Howdens before but the office was local (Solihull). We were impressed right from the start. Laura spent a long time kaking sure we explained our needs, health conditions and level of cover. She found just what we needed but it was still quite expensive for us. There was no pressure selling and she said by all means we could try elsewhere but she would keep our details on file. We did try other places but Howdens quote was by far the best and with a major insurance company. We returned to Howdens. Laura was out but we met Nicole. Again she was friendly, very thorough and again took time with her research. She looked at different options - single trip or maybe an annual policy. We were delight with the outcome and the way both Laura and Nicole listened and researched the options. Thank you for such a friendly service with a great result.
