Rhiannon helped us with purchasing some cabinets, and we were very pleased with the service she provided. We’ve bought cabinets from this Southampton store before, and all the staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, but Rhiannon really stood out to us. 🏡 Great Experience – Quality Kitchens & Bathrooms with Amazing Staff!

We came here to find our new kitchen and bathrooms, and the experience has been really good so far. The staff are amazing — very helpful, patient, and focused on finding exactly what we were looking for. It’s a big investment, but you can really see the quality in the products, which makes it feel worth it. Everything has been smooth up to now, and we’re very happy with the service and support we’ve received. So far, so good — definitely recommend!

After I requested a call back for an…

After I requested a call back for an appointment for new kitchen, I subsequently missed the call. So I called the Southampton branch back, the conversation went like this. Me- "Hi I'm ... I missed your call and calling you back" Howdens- weren't me mate, I ask around the office, and if it's important I'll get someone to call you back" Obviously It wasn't important for Howdens to secure my kitchen order, as they did bother to call me back! I've now spent my money with one of their competitors as I feel they customer service isn't high on their list!
