Southampton - Unprofessional and rude after service

Unprofessional and rude after service. All friendly whilst selling the kitchen and then didn’t want to know. Tried speaking with Luke the manager and he just fobbed us off and refused to replace damaged items. Now he’s refusing to take my calls. Do not recommend. Save your money.
