Damaged door.…

Nikki from Howdens Southend depot was very helpful when i had an issue with a door i had purchased. Southend did not have a door in stock, Nikki then rang round to find one which my customer then went and picked up from the Chelmsford depot to enable me to finish the customers job. Much appreciated Nikki, thank you, Mick Clark.

I plumped for Howdens (Southend) when shopping for a kitchen. I was able to use their service as my builder/fitter had a trade account with them. I introduced myself at my local Howdens depot and began the process. Howdens arranged for a designer (Jodi) to visit my home to measure up. She produced a plan I agreed with and the project began to move forward. Jodi also communicated with me throughout, guiding me through as minor adjustments were made. I praise her for her patience. The job's a good'un and I'm delighted with the result.

Hassle free buying.

After much searching online with no results, I was pleased to find that Howdens had the threshold strips I needed in stock. I placed an order late evening and picked up 7.30 next morning. Very easy transaction with friendly helpful staff. Thanks.

The counter staff are always very friendly and welcoming and also the behind the scenes office staff. I like that you can have a coffee and a chat . And the fact it's a very fast and efficient service.
