A good experience

We've had a good experience with the Southend Howdens over some months. Jodi Flanders was very helpful and gave us some good ideas. We changed our minds on a few items which she amended without a problem. The ordering process was pretty easy, and the units etc were delivered when requested.

Really fantastic customer service from the staff at the Rayleigh, Essex branch. Super helpful and cheerful and polite From Connie on the sales desk who sorted out my order, some returns, a few questions from me and also grabbed a length of cornice from the warehouse so I could take a look before purchasing The guy who brought my order out was also fantastic, apologising for the delay, although really it was no more than 5 minutes since placing the order at the desk. Again, really happy chap, a great ambassador to the company

The level of service the Southend depot…

The level of service the Southend depot provides is fantastic . They always try and help you out even if it's almost closing time , like when I came in the other day with 15 mins until closing. I offered to come back to collect what I ordered the following day. But they were more than happy to pull it all for me and help load it on my van. Also very polite

Damaged door.…

Nikki from Howdens Southend depot was very helpful when i had an issue with a door i had purchased. Southend did not have a door in stock, Nikki then rang round to find one which my customer then went and picked up from the Chelmsford depot to enable me to finish the customers job. Much appreciated Nikki, thank you, Mick Clark.
