When I make a decision to use a company, I need to know that they'll be there through thick and thin!! That they'll be honest fair and reliable, all of which I believe the team at Southgate is!! I have bought 2 kitchens from them and they have always been most helpful, and if anything didn't meet my expectation they would do their utmost to help and support me. The manager there is Paul which is super efficient so it is no surprise that Maggie follows suit! She is so lovely - in fact, Howdens were recommended to me because of her! Jaber, Chris and Habiba are also great to help you with your kitchen needs

I got the worktop I needed but the stock tally at Southgate was incorrect. When I got there I was told I would have to get it from another branch. In the end I had to pay to get it delivered. Not a happy bunny!

I have to say that service provide by the staff at Burnswick Business Centre (Southgate Branch) was excellent. Suresh Patel took personal interest in the design of our New Howden Kitchen with plenty of suggession for both - practicality as well as asthetic appearance. Very delighted by customer service by all the staff at this branch.
