Very poor service from the beginning…

Very poor service from the beginning checked numerous times that the kitchen was in before starting the job. I was assured that there was no problem. On arrival there were parts of kitchen missing or damaged which I was informed would be sent straight away. After a week I was then informed it was an end of line and customer was made aware of this. This was really was joke, because they hadn't sad anything to the customer and why would the customer spend thousands on an incomplete kitchen. After being fobbed off numerous times I had to source the parts from other branches and pay someone to collect. Howdens response didn't even offer an apology.

Lucy went above & beyond to get the desired effect both functional & extremely pleasing to the eye. Only thing that puzzled myself and the kitchen fitter was the price of the worktops

Inconsistent through the branches

I've used Howdens for a number of years, my local branch is very helpful Dissapointed today when I called into Southport for some bits. The rudest most unhelpful staff I've had the misfortune of coming across. The young lad on the desk needs some customer service training I think I'll take my business elsewhere from here. You're all representing Howdens not individual businesses, remember that

Very happy with my Howden's kitchen

Very happy with my Howden's kitchen! Great advice from Phil on the layout of the kitchen and the best options for us. The kitchen was delivered complete and on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. The end result looks fabulous and we are impressed with the quality. Would 100% recommend Howdens Southport.

It's so good to work with experienced…

It's so good to work with experienced people who are good at what they do and make the whole experience a pleasant transaction. Lucy produced a kitchen design which was perfect for my space and gave me all the storage options I was looking for in sleek cabinetry and sage advice on work surfaces. She was incredibly helpful and flexible (and patient!). Then Phil delivered the whole thing single handedly and couldn't have been a happier and friendlier guy. My whole experience of the depot has been exceptional. Many thanks to all.

Ordered a lamona 800 cooker canopy

Ordered a lamona 800 cooker canopy , when collected box had been re taped up !! Told someone ordered wrong size and it was fine , when got to site 2 days later it was clearly damaged and buckled , had to go to a local depot to get a new one and not had chance to return damaged one yet to Southport
