I tried to get 3 lengths of work top…

I tried to get 3 lengths of work top was told no one local had any I then went into Luton store were they had them but couldn’t be bothered to get them down as it was 11.30am on a Saturday. I got them in then end I had to go to kings cross to pick them up a few days later . I then went back in st.Albans to get a edging strip which yet again didn’t have in was told they would call me when in comes in still waiting 2 weeks later I have got some else were .

Covent Garden job

Hi, Thanks to Jenna for all her hard work. Jenna came to London a few times to measure and give advice, her experience was invaluable, we are working on an old building with no straight walls and small spaces, it is difficult to get things to work in these type of buildings. Jenna as usual has done a great job. Thanks again. Look forward to working with Jenna again on our next project.

Great branch staff, poor IT

The guys in the St Albans branch are great, but the IT just doesn't link up with the in-person customer experience. I originally applied for an account online, but that wasn't processed for some unknown reason. So I went into the branch and reapplied on paper. But some details were entered into the computer incorrectly so although the account was opened, I couldn't access it online. That was sorted over the phone with head office, but it's stopped working again so I can't see my account at all. It's pretty frustrating to be honest and I haven't rushed to place any orders as a result.
