Ap joinery can't fault howdens

Howdens st helens and haydock branches ive used many times . Andy in st helens is very helpful even if unsure what items needed. Items always in stock and can plan date needed if they haven't got it. No issue is a problem with Andy.

Disappointed with Pricing

Disappointed with Pricing, Finish, and Poor Communication I recently bought my kitchen from Howdens, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The process started off well — they came out to measure up, I chose my kitchen design, colours, and appliances, and was given a price which I agreed to. However, when I went back in to finalise everything, the price had gone up by nearly £200 without any explanation. I went into the branch to ask where the price difference had come from and was told that they would look into it and get back to me — but no one ever did. On top of that, the splashback that was fitted only goes halfway up the wall, stopping short of the extractor fan. The original plans clearly showed it running all the way up to the extractor, giving a complete, finished look — but that’s not what was delivered. It now looks unfinished and not as agreed. I also rang the branch about the splashback issue and was again told someone would call me back. Five days later, I’m still waiting for that call. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication, the unexplained price increase, and the poor attention to detail. I expected much better service and transparency from Howdens.

Ignored & gave alot off nothing

Well said give me new sink as the 1 I recieved was all scratches. I waited now for 3 weeks. Rang no time for me fobbed me off.so if you want get kitchen I'd advise go somewhere else.its so unfair we paid up front & a large amount & I can't even get another sink I didn't get to use.there is so many mistakes by both fitter & howdens .sadly I feel robbed with kitchen of my dreams nightmare. I agreed to take sink as it is somthing you use alot & very noticable. But no joy just crap excuses .nearly a month they new wot they were doing giving me alot of crap to stop me asking .so as I said go somewhere else if you have a dream
