We have started using Howdens again…

We have started using Howdens again after going elsewhere for a number of years. It was all at the Stamford branch and their attention to detail plus willing to offer help. Thank you and now we are looking at ordering a kitchen this month.

Complete joke

Complete joke, these guys have no idea what they are selling. Had to go round the countryside to different depots to get what i wanted, lead times they promised were not kept to, no communication between depots. Gave up and went elsewhere to someone who knew their onions.

Knowledgable Staff

I was shopping for doorhandles and locks. All in all a simple thing. However we made a mistake and this was spotted by the Muhammad, who quickly corrected the mistake with as little paperwork as possible and quickly found the right items. Imagine I had come home with the wrong items and had to go back. Time saved is money saved. Thank you Muhammad for your service.

Outstanding

I recently purchased a kitchen and worktop from Howdens Stamford, and I must say, the quality of the kitchen is exceptional. The staff at the store are incredibly helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to assist. They addressed my numerous queries and issues promptly and with a smile. Initially, I considered buying an online kitchen, but I'm grateful I opted for Howdens because the level of customer service I received was outstanding, and being able to pop into the store was convenient. The only minor drawback was that some of the fitting instructions, particularly for the corner walk-in larder, were not entirely clear. Despite this, I plan on returning to Howdens for future purchases and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a kitchen or more.
