Person on the phone ordered the wrong…

Person on the phone ordered the wrong doors, I repeated myself several times about the size of the doors and was told they were the right size, when I picked the doors up I could see they weren’t big enough, was then told the doors I needed were another £180 so I cancelled the order, as a joinery manufacturer the person answering the phone needs to be able to use a tape measure and not use google measurement converter, basics. Wouldn’t use again

The staff are always very helpful but I think some of the smaller items are very expensive like a 1.4 mtr length of edging at £22 is a bit much and 1pr of joints at £7,Cabinetts are reasonable but the addons certainly make things expensive.

Faulty Tap, just out of warranty.

I had a tap go faulty just out of warranty. The Manager came back to say that they could either replace it like for like at no cost to myself, or I could upgrade to a superior product at a special price. I chose the later, am delighted with my purchase and feel their service was excellent. Well done Stamford Team!
