Review of Howdens (Staples Corner)

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Howdens at Staples Corner. From the design phase to delivery, they managed to send more than half of the kitchen units incorrectly. Each delivery was fraught with mistakes, leading to significant delays in completing the job. The manager's professionalism was sorely lacking, and customer service was unresponsive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seemed to disregard my issues. Overall, I regret choosing Howdens. I expected professionalism and quality, but instead, I was met with frustration and poor service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Amazing Staff at Staples Corner

Amazing Staff at Staples Corner, special thanks to Anthony and all his very helpful staff. Good advice on products and styles and ideas for colours etc once the design had been agreed. A special thanks to the unsung hero Michael the delivery driver, extremely helpful in unloading his van early in the morning. Another delivery is due so hopefully Michael will deliver. Thank you once again.

Whatever you do avoid staples corner the designer ruined my kitchen and blamed everyone else, like builder should have picked up on his mistakes, and the manager backed him up apart from that they are poshing and adding to your bill items you do not need or asked for be cerfull
