Great value, excellent service every time

Popped into my local branch to buy worktop router bits and mitre adhesive and was treated with the same courtesy and respect as I was when I bought doors or kitchens. The counter staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Tam who I’ve known at the branch for several years. He always greets you and remembers your name even if you’ve not been in for ages

Poor Service

I visited Howdens Stirling on the 23rd July, explained I had sourced a joiner and would like to organise a visit from the design team. I returned a week later to confirm joiners details on the 30th July. I was told a designer would be in touch after speaking to my joiner, after my details were collected on a piece of paper ripped from a pad. I never heard from anyone and am now buying from another company, so poor, if I could give zero stars I would.

Phone calls

When I call to get a price its always same outcome . I call using my mobile and howdens are the only company that always says my call breaks up n they hang up . After 4/5 attempts I have to end up going into my local branch which holds my account and to get a call back is near impossible as no message gets past on. Its becoming an so annoying that I'm thinking of changing branch or leaving Howden altogether
