Just would like to thank everyone at Howdens portrack lane Stockton on tees for there help in me getting my new kitchen everyone was as agreed and the quality is amazing and they where there on the phone making sure everything was perfect and made sure I was happy and there was nothing on my mind quality communication all the way through my process thanks very much

EXCEPTIONAL!

My experience with Howdens - Portrack, Stockton-on-Tees branch:- Every member of the team that I had contact with was professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. From the team members on the desk to the delivery guys. I cannot fault their service. In particular, I want to point out the exceptional service provided by designer, Paul Dring. He was generous with his time, patient with my many questions, knowledgeable with his information and respectful of my wishes and needs. I recognise that I can be a little picky as a customer and Paul delivered an excellent and faultless service and made my entire experience delightful. He is a credit to Howdens. The quality of the kitchen likely means it will be a while before I’m looking to change but when I do, I will return to Paul Dring and Howdens. If you are looking at kitchens, you must look no further than Howdens. Well done and thank you!

I went to Howdens in portrack lane in Stockton-on-tees today with my mum to get a new kitchen for her and was served by a lovely lady called Rachel, she was so kind and patient whilst professional and approachable at the same time. Her service was outstanding and we left with a new kitchen with complete confident. Thank you Rachel
