Still not got login details for website

Been waiting over a week for login details, even called my local branch 2 days ago, was told they were getting in touch with accounts to resend and still nothing. Ended up having to order latest items from B&Q while I wait to eventually get access to the website!

Our designer was great!

Our designer was great, Jamie from the Stockton branch. Was very informative of factors we were unsure of, listened to what we wanted but also shared his thoughts and advise when we were unsure. Redesigned and changed things again and again until we felt happy and never rushed us.

Stockton Branch of Howdens

Just cant trust the Stockton branch. They make prices up - they won't provide a price list - and prices vary from day to depending o how much they think youre willing to pay. They will screw you big time if you dot know what you're doing. Folks in the building trade will not go near them. They would do so much better simply by being straight and stopping their devious approach to business.

Over selling items

Bought a kitchen and a bedroom off them. They oversold the items needed and the dryer (£600) does not work. It's never worked. Their experts said they don't know how to fix it and no one has revert been out to see it. They were dishonest and deceptive in what they sold us. They didn't apply the right handles for the bedroom and made us buy more at our expense. They're now telling me they need another £400 for a tap but won't take the old tap back. Or any of the extra stuff they sold us and we don't and never needed. These problems should be very easy to fix. But they won't and threaten legal action when you want your problems solved.
