Good Overall Experience with Minor Issue

We are very satisfied with the overall service provided and particularly impressed with the efficiency and speed of delivery. The ordering process was straightforward, and the items arrived promptly, which reflects well on the company’s commitment to customer service. However, we have deducted one star as one of the drawer fronts arrived damaged and a small number of fixings were missing. While these issues were disappointing, they do not overshadow the otherwise positive experience.

Kinda blown away by the quality

Kinda blown away by the quality and professionalism of our Medway branch. We normally build from scratch but after experiencing the product from Howden, and in my case, the expertise of Jodie the designer, I think we’ll be retiring our fabrication area and just ordering from howdens from now on. Very impressed, and really not that expensive.

Brilliant Howdens!

I feel Howdens has improved massively since lockdown. The customer service is second to none, always stock - not necessarily at your local branch but generally close by. They have massively increased product lines including lots of sundry items that you need to do the job so it's fast becoming a one stop shop. I find now I'm just visiting Howdens instead of a Screwfix, then Howdens, it just makes sense, your customers need these other things, so sell them! The other thing is quality and a shop front, location with real people always looking to solve problems and get what you need. I've always found what they stock to be of excellent quality, never had issue with anything. Honestly I can't rate them enough and I wish more companies in the trade sector were like this and not faceless box shifters.

Gave Howdens Strood a solid 4 stars! The team is fast and efficient, even sourcing items from other stores when needed. Shoutout to Alex Haggar for outstanding service from start to finish; he really knew his stuff and offered helpful suggestions while working with my kitchen fitter. Setting up a trade account was a breeze, with quick approval and a helpful account manager. Great prices, quality products, and a brilliant team overall. Would definitely recommend!

Customer Service and After Sales was 5*

Alex Haggar from Strood Howdens was great to deal with - from the design appointment to after sales support. Felt that he had my "back" and would suggest alternatives which worked better and liaised with the kitchen fitter where needed. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
