Customer service

I will never be the highest spender at Howdens, however, the staff at my local branch (Sudbury, Suffolk) always remember my first name and my account, and are happy to help. You as a company are bucking the trend In this modern world of no face-to-face contact, and seem to care about customer service. Thank you.

price match

picked up 170° hinges, unfortunately I returned as were more than I thought they would be. HOWEVER had a very nice phone call from Tina in branch and they have since reviewed price and will always try to price match with other companies. couldn't have been more honest n helpful

The item I wanted was not in stock

The item I wanted was not in stock , had to collect from obscure Colchester depot that was nigh on impossible to locate then ontop of that , was sent to the Other branch in Colchester, was never told there is 2 branches in Colchester, wasted a whole morning time chasing my tail all because know one could do there job properly, so I feel that I am half day’s money out of pocket, cheers Howdens.
