My carpenter, Matthew Thain who I trust highly, recommended Howdens as the preferred choice for my kitchen renovation, highlighting them above other retailers in London and across the UK. He suggested I work with this branch of Howdens, specifically with Craig Taylor to design my kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with that recommendation. From the moment Craig first reached out to me, he was prompt, professional, and provided all the necessary information to set up a survey. He arranged a convenient date for the visit and arrived fully prepared, bringing brochures and taking the time to walk me through all the options, colours, and features I hadn't previously considered. His expertise and approachable manner made the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. When it came to the design itself, Craig delivered exactly what I had envisioned. Even though I had numerous questions and completely changed the design during a face-to-face meeting, Craig was nothing but patient, accommodating, and supportive. His positive attitude and willingness to adapt were a key factor in making me feel confident and satisfied with my decision to choose Howdens. New Kitchen

My wife and I recently ordered a new kitchen from Howdens in Sunbury-on-Thames and were absolutely knocked out by their helpfulness and expertise. Craig Taylor designed it for us and suggested various items that made all the difference - turning it from an ordinary kitchen into something rather special! He was totally professional and fully up to speed with every aspect of all Howdens products. Having handed it on to the rest of his team, he stayed in touch to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Everyone we spoke to were fully focused on our project and could not have been more helpful. Therefore, I highly recommend the Sunbury branch to anyone who is considering purchasing upgrades for their homes. They really do provide an outstanding service.

Top branch in Surrey

I can't fault this branch at all. As a kitchen fitter of some repute and having been trading for some years they really have my back. From design to delivery it's a smooth hassle free service. When you walk into the depot your normally met by Ollie who always has a cheerful disposition, he's efficient and normally sorts your queries in no time. Jack and Jake run the branch really well and do their utmost to ensure what you have ordered is in branch on time and in tip top condition. I also like the fact you can give feedback and this is always taken in a positive way and not as a criticism. I can only give praise. Thanks to the whole team for brilliant service.
