Someone used my account and purchased…

Someone used my account and purchased good with out my permission Not only not knowing the person , they told staff they had worked with me and where aloud too use my account with out any sort of checks being made ! Lucky my account is cash payments only ! When I called the Hartlepool office I was told they would contact the Sunderland office as there must be someone else with the same name !!!! Not heard anything from them !!

Always trust previous recommendations off people who you know. So pleased we chose mark coull kitchen fitter of Sunderland. To fit our kitchen. From our first encounter to discuss plans he was warm friendly and engaged to what we wanted to achieve. Putting us in touch with Ronnie from Howdens.who came out and measured up and done plans for the kitchen. Mark has old fashioned values attention to details were fantastic. Workmanship excellent treats your home like his own .its not a race to get job done as fast as he can to get on next job which is rare traite in the modern society we live in today.came to our house as a Workman and left as friend. All the best for the future Mark.

Superb

Superb. This time the kitchen was for my own house. The rep was excellent, came out at short notice and was friendly, professional and fair as well as being up to speed on suggestions. I suppose Howden’s have the game nailed down now, they’ve fine tuned it all to the limit. Tradespeople prefer them because of the standardised efficiency. - A big shout out to Veronica my representative for keeping everything right, providing a heavy discount and for being pleasantly engaging.

Kitchen quote

Telephoned in advance to ensure a quote for full kitchen could be provided if I called into the local depot, it was. Excellent efficient service by Simon who not only was very knowledgeable on products but was willing and able to offer advice for possible options, really good service. Quote received and will be going ahead with this shortly.

Outstanding experience Howdens Sunderland …

Outstanding experience with Howdens in Sunderland. From the initial home survey through to design & delivery - Neil was especially brilliant, listening to all our needs and preferences. Every colleague I spoke to throughout installation to completion was equally friendly and helpful. Overall our beautifully designed kitchen is excellent quality and Neil’s design was brought to life by our exceptional fitters! This is my 3rd kitchen with Howden’s & I would highly recommend them - we LOVE our new kitchen, this is our best design yet! Thank you Neil & team Sunderland :)

Excellent Staff and Service…

Fantastic Branch and all of the Staff here are friendly and professional and Simon is an absolute minefield of information. (Ask for a product and he quotes the code before looking WOW)! Warehouse lads are great too. Overall a great place to visit.
