They make up their prices and are not…

They make up their prices and are not consistent. You get a price for a kitchen and then they have sale yesterday the price is not much different. In some cases the price you paid for an item the month before is more expensive ia sale, How can that be. Its all smoke and mirrors and I am very disappointed by their pricing methods.

I recently had Howdens wardrobes and an island fitted in my dressing room, and I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result. Paul Penhale as usual listened to my brief and designed the perfect dressing room. The overall quality is stunning! The two fitters were respectful of our home, professional, and incredibly helpful—nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship is of the highest standard. I couldn’t be happier! Was asked to pay for units that were in…

Was asked to pay for units that were in the other branch to be collected . Drove to the other branch - no u it’s . Feel this was just done to get the sale !!!! On return visit , was told - “well they told me there were 6 there and you heard me on the phone !! “. Not the point , you should find out IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE!! To be told at the other branch we have 6 but they are booked out is rediculous. This should have been communicated between the two branches not send me driving across Swansea , then have to do the trip back the next day !! Infuriating to say the least .poor customer service .
