Expensive for what you get

Expensive for what you get, staff very good and helpful but hands tied when it come's to deals, 100% get it cheaper else where it pays to shop around. Great for odd bits needed but not if your spending thousands.

Higher price on invoice then quoted

Charge more for items then stated and price goes up every time, don't give an invoice on purchase so you get a shock when you get invoice via email when it's higher then quoted as confirm with others who use Howdens in Thame.

Utility Room upgrade.

Utility Room upgrade. Howdens Thame designed and supplied new units and flooring for our Utility Room, which was in serious need of an upgrade. We were delighted with the planning and design process. Suzy kept us well informed and helped with changes and refinements. We were very pleased with the service and the end product, good quality and good value. Their recommended installer, James, was excellent. Overall, very happy customers!

Fantastic Service from Mary

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mary who provided such great service to us from your branch in Thame. We visited Mary many times and she was always so helpful and accommodating to all our queries and changes along the way.
