Fantastic service

We had a fantastic experience with Howdens in Thurmaston from start to finish. Louie did an amazing job designing our kitchen and made the whole process so easy. Nothing was ever an issue for him — he was always helpful, professional, and happy to answer any questions we had. He also recommended SB Kitchen for the fitting, and they were excellent. Their workmanship was top quality, they were reliable, and they did a brilliant job fitting our kitchen to a very high standard. We’re so pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Howdens Thurmaston, especially Louie, along with SB Kitchen for fitting. Great service all round.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with the team at Howdens Thurmaston, and Corey in particular, who has been exceptional from the start. From the very first point of contact, Corey was prompt, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He quickly arranged a convenient time to visit our home, where he took the time to carefully measure up and talk us through all the available options in a clear and approachable way. What really stood out was the level of communication and flexibility throughout the process. Corey worked around our schedule to arrange a visit to the branch, where we were able to explore the different ranges and develop our kitchen design. At every stage, nothing ever felt like too much trouble for Corey, he was more than happy to tweak layouts and styles until we felt happy with our choices. His expertise and guidance were invaluable, offering thoughtful suggestions while always respecting our preferences. Combined with his friendly and professional approach, it made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Overall, Corey has delivered a fantastic customer experience, and he is a big part of why we’ve chosen to go with Howdens. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the team at Howdens Thurmaston.
