As a business who purchases multiple kitchens every year I have long standing relationships with several local branches. The staff always go the extra mile to help when there’s a problem. Kitchen styles and colours are always up to date and the high end solid wood ranges when fitted well match up to brands that charge a lot more. I would say that when covering a large geographical area as I do I have learned to order my kitchen from the most local branch as returns / exchanges to other branches for some reason is a problem.

I had received a special offers sheet…

I had received a special offers sheet in the post and when i wnet to the branch the gentleman who served me accessed the specail price straight away, booked out the goods very quickly and then after checking where i was parked he helped me carry the shets to my van. Extremely friendly and efficient service. I was highly impressed and it stood out compared to the service levels at other local trade outlets

We have found Paul to be excellent in…

We have found Paul Cooke to be excellent in his customer service skills. He has helped us enormously with choosing our new kitchen. Paul is always available to talk to and responds to our emails immediately. Nothing is too much trouble, from his visit to our home and our visits to Howdens he always shows his great expertise and his suggestions are very helpful.

Much appreciated help

I have just had my new doors delivered to my flat by Ian. I cannot praise him enough! He single-handedly carried eight doors up to my second floor flat, without any help from me, as I am a little old lady! He carried out this task in a cheerful manner, and I am so grateful for his help. I was getting really worried about how I would get these doors up to my new home all by myself!
