I am pleased with the products however it was a bit of a struggle with the delivery as it was time sensitive. It took a few phone calls chasing people & stress! Thank you to Craig & Luke for making it happen

We were given a very professional…

We were given a very professional service from the designer Holly with additional guidance from the branch manager. The process was unhurried and very supportive. We had consulted 4 suppliers and eventually went with another company but only because we had a very specific requirement which Howdens didn't make. I can't fault Holly's thoroughness.

Design process was good but let down by…

Design process was good but let down by aftersales. Fitter supplied with wrong materials. Young man on counter couldnt understand what the fitter was talking about, he had no fitting understanding at all. Asked to speak with the designer to see why she supplied items but blocked at every opportunity. Asked to speak with the manager but he was always too busy to take my call. Requested call back by manager (craig i believe) but no call to me or my fitter.
