I have a howdens kitchen in my new…

I have a howdens kitchen in my new build and it is great. We were thinking about getting new frontals as wanted a different colour and staff was very quick and efficient with giving a price.

Purchased a kitchen

Purchased a kitchen, was asked for it to be delivered sooner than required to obtain a discount, so did. Items were damaged which we had to return and collect replacement as they didn't have a van available for 4 days although site was 1 mile down the road!! We then found that doors were missing and also the hob, but no one bothered to mention this when we were asked for it to be delivered. Again we had to return the items and collect replacements. I would say this was not our normal branch we use, so perhaps we get better service from a different branch!!!

Unexpected extra cost

The majority of the staff were very helpful. However, if you buy a standard oven housing and put a standard oven in it, you don’t expect to have to pay an extra £20 for a shelf to make it fit properly. I forgot to mention that the shelf, which is visible under the oven, is a creamier colour white than the housing.
