Had an amazing, hassle free experience. Jake of Howdens Wellington was amazing, he came and paid us a visit to measure up for a new kitchen. He was so polite, friendly And nothing was to much trouble as I was bombarding him with all the ideas from my wish list !!😀. I have since been to see him twice in the Wellington branch and he was yet again polite and very helpful. His design was absolutely fantastic he really took on board what I wanted and did it to perfection and I didn’t need to change anything He is a credit to their team.

Very relaxed process

We wanted a new kitchen to revamp our old one. We knew what we wanted, but open to ideas and suggestions. We had 4 quotes from different companies Howdens in Wellington being the 1st one we went too. Jake (Smith) listened to what we were trying to achieve and what we wanted. Jake came out took accurate measurements and talked us through some options. We arranged a day to meet in his office to see the design, Jake hit the criteria almost spot on 1st time, because we had no idea on pricing Jake suggested to get a couple of other quotes and designs in before making a decision. No other companies came anywhere near our requirements or really listened to what we wanted, this all happened over a period of 2 months, Jake kept in contact with out any pressure during this period and we also kept Jake updated. We arranged another meeting to finalise the design and made a couple of small tweaks and placed a deposit. Howdens was not the cheapest, or the dearest but Jake listened to us and designed the kitchen to what we wanted to achieve. At no time did we feel pressure to make a decision, and we found the whole process very laid back, giving us space and time to make sure we got what we wanted. Highly recommend Jake Smith and Howdens in Wellington Somerset
