Fantastic.

After receiving the quote, I took some time and exchanged several emails before making my decision, and I truly appreciate Stuart's patience throughout the process. The delivery was right on schedule, and the team did a fantastic job working around my timings to ensure everything went smoothly. I had a very positive experience working with Jack mostly and the rest of the team at Howdens West Norwood. Process is easy, they measure up (a huge plus for me!) and then go through the design process and try really hard to accommodate all your wishes despite sometimes endless tweaks. Particularly appreciated use of quality (mostly German) fittings (pull-downs/le mans etc) Responsive and nothing too much trouble and most of all love my new kitchen! Along with the worktop install gang everyone was very professional, helpful and cheerful.

Having not done this before we needed…

Having not done this before we needed to be in safe and patient hands. Jack and Peter were fabulous and guided us every step of the way with Jack putting up with our indecisions. The kitchen choices are fab, nice quality and colours, price matching etc - just generally great overall and all approached with good humour. Thanks

First class customer service

First class customer service! We dealt with Jack through our design stage, his knowledge of the Howdens product was fantastic. The design meeting was efficient and extremely helpful. He knew everything there was to know about his product! Corney to say, but they weren't driving a sale, only keen to build our dream kitchen. I would highly recommend using this branch.

Please learn from our mistakes....

Please learn from our mistakes..... very long story short, Jack designed an amazing kitchen for us. He price matched appliances, send us drawings and we were then the customers from hell. We had a last minute change of mind and decided to go with a competitor (the one with 50% all year round). Needless to say, they made mistakes with our plans, the lead time was a joke and the total lack of transparency in pricing made it feel like we were dealing with cowboys. We returned to Jack and the team with our tail between our legs, they were so understanding and gracious. Needless to say Jack went above and beyond to design us an amazing kitchen. He shared so many tips and suggestions with us, nothing was too much trouble and now we have a kitchen that not only function beautifully but it looks incredible. Thanks Jack and Peter, from the numpties that saw the light eventually!
