New Kitchen - Brilliant from start to finish.

Kitchen design and supply - Right from the first enquiry Brooke and Toby were incredilbly helpful and accomodating. Design appointment sorted in no time, great showroom and expert advice in putting everything together - great design process, really knew the products and able to advise what would work best. From there, the back and forth on tweaks and changes to detail was mostly by email with quick response - called in a few times to firm up choices and always met with friendly and helpful team. Post order they worked directly with my fitter, which was a real benefit in getting everything square for the install week. Some issues during fit, but all quickly resolved with help from Howdens. I would have no hesitation in chosing Howdens over other kitchen companies again and the Westbrook team have been a pleasure to work with.

I visited Howdens for a new kitchen in one of our houses, Toby the manager put me in contact with one of his designers Lucy. She was extremely professional and came to measure the kitchen, providing me with a great plan and some great ideas. It was delivered in a timely manner and we had no issues.

I've been using howdens westbrook for over 15 years Ive always had a fantastic experience with Howdens - Westbrook. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Toby and Brook, who always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile always. Great service from beginning to end. Pleasant and helpful staff, especially Matt. Accommodating with changes/adjustments, and lovely products; value for money. A few hiccups that were swiftly dealt with and rectified with no issues. Highly recommend. Great service.

All the staff are very helpful.

I go howdens Westbrook for all my kitchen and joinery gear. You won't get it cheaper anywhere else. All the staff are great and helpful. Ask for Brooke or carl and they'll sort you out. Even Jason on the front desk. Can even have a brew while you wait for your stuff.

I can’t thank the lady on the phone enough for the help and support she has given us when choosing a kitchen, she was very polite and spoke well and clearly knew what she was talking about whenever we asked any questions and even advised us correctly with what to go with and what would look best 10/10 customer service, would deffo recommend

As a new account holder for this branch i was warmly welcomed and efficiently helped with my enquiry by brooke, Jason later took my order and was equally help full and just as easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this particular branch of howdens as my experience was a very good one .
